Leah Healy has been practicing law since 1985 in the fields of redevelopment and environmental law. Until 2008, Ms. Healey was a partner with the firm of Maraziti, Falcon & Healey located in Short Hills, New Jersey where her particular focus was representing public entities around the State in transactions involving the redevelopment of underutilized and contaminated properties and was a frequent speaker at state and national conferences.
In 1998, Ms. Healey was appointed by former Governor Whitman to the State Brownfields Redevelopment Task Force and is a former president of the Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy and a former Vice Chair of the Hoboken Waterfront Development Corporation.
Ms. Healey is currently working with Judge Corodemus on the Passaic River Natural Resource Damage case.
