Judge Marina Corodemus (Ret.) is a nationally recognized leader in Alternative Dispute Resolution, known for her balanced judgment, structured approach, and ability to guide complex litigation toward efficient and equitable resolution. As a member of the New Jersey Superior Court, she helped develop and define the Mass Tort Judicial role in the state, establishing statewide and national standards for the management of high-volume, technically demanding, and multi-party disputes.
Following her judicial career, Judge Corodemus has built a respected national practice as a Mediator, Arbitrator (AAA certified), Special Master, Special Adjudicator, Neutral Evaluator, and Settlement Allocator. She is frequently appointed by both Federal and State Courts, as well as by private parties, in matters involving mass torts, class actions, product liability, consumer fraud, environmental contamination, natural resource damages, sexual abuse claims, and complex commercial disputes.
